Sponsors are entitled to a full refund within 10 business days if the promised promotional recognition is not delivered after the film's premiere

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed , and all updates will be posted here.

1. Sponsorships Use of Funds

All sponsorship contributions will be used for the production , promotion , and distribution of the film The Crossroads of the heart

Sponsors will recieve recognition as outlined in the sponsorship tiers

2. Refund Policy

Sponsors are entitled to a full refund within 10 business days if the promised promotional

recognition is not delivered

Refunds will not be available after this period

3. Promotional Recognition

Sponsor names , logos , or business details will appear

in the agreed - upon format ( website , credits , or promotional materials )

Placement and visibility are based on the chosen sponsorship tier

4. No Equity or Ownership

Sponsorship does not grant ownership ,equity , or decision - making rights in the film

production company .

5. Limitation of Liability

While every effort will be made to complete the project on time and as

planned , sponsors , acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occur

Sponsors ' only remedy in such a case will be as outlined in the Refund Policy

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with

the laws of the State of Alabama
